Gentle Space
Welcome to the Gentle Space podcast. This is a healing space for self-expression. A space where you don’t have to try hard to prove yourself to others, a space of unconditional love, and a space where you can just be you. In today’s society, we are always trying to show our best to the world, to be as perfect as we can. But I believe no matter how tough people appear to be, there’s always that soft and gentle side within us. The word “Gentle” holds a lot of power. Being gentle doesn’t mean you’re being weak, it’s knowing how harsh and cruel the world can be, and still being able to be open and accepting of people and things as they are. We all hold that space within us, a space where we want to be vulnerable and accepted. I like to call this space the gentle space. I hope we can all encourage each other and spread good vibes. We all want to love ourselves, but a lot of us just don’t know how to love ourselves, so we look for love in other people or things. We look for love in all the wrong places. But the truth is, you can’t find that love in anyone or anything. You can’t expect someone else to fill the void in your life that isn’t filled with your love for yourself. Self-love is a choice and a commitment to yourself that you are going to love yourself no matter what.
