Gentle Space
Welcome to the Gentle Space podcast. This is a healing space for self-expression. A space where you don’t have to try hard to prove yourself to others, a space of unconditional love, and a space where you can just be you. In today’s society, we are always trying to show our best to the world, to be as perfect as we can. But I believe no matter how tough people appear to be, there’s always that soft and gentle side within us. The word “Gentle” holds a lot of power. Being gentle doesn’t mean you’re being weak, it’s knowing how harsh and cruel the world can be, and still being able to be open and accepting of people and things as they are. We all hold that space within us, a space where we want to be vulnerable and accepted. I like to call this space the gentle space. I hope we can all encourage each other and spread good vibes. We don’t know how powerful we are, so we chase people and things, thinking they will make us happy. Happiness is a state of mind. We are the source of our happiness. We have the ability to shift to the happy state of being. Our happiness becomes so fragile when we depend on others to make us happy. We are responsible for our happiness. We must manage our own happiness.
